Traci and Nick go way back! These two have crushed on each other since 6th grade. They’ve overcome thousands of miles of long distance for years, and this past Saturday they became husband and wife at The Dearborn Inn… the same place Traci’s grandparents were married decades ago! It was such a timeless and elegant wedding, which was inspired by Traci’s grandparents who left that legacy behind!

My job as a wedding photographer is more than photography “pretty pictures,” it’s telling my couple’s story through images, and Traci and Nick’s wedding was just that! Their story is such a sweet one, and you can see and feel that through these images. They have such a deep connection, and I’m so honored to have captured that for not only them but for their future grandchildren one day.

During Traci’s maid of honor’s speech, she mentioned that during Traci’s junior high years, Traci wrote in her diary that one day she would “win Nick back”. How adorable is that? And let’s just say that Traci definitely won Nick back haha. In all seriousness, anyone that knows these two knows what an amazing couple they are! They are two of one of the kindest and most gracious couples you’ll meet.

Traci and Nick, it feels like it was yesterday that we sat in Starbucks chatting about your wedding day for June 2018! At the time, it felt like it was so far away and I can’t believe you two are married! You both are such sweethearts, and I’m so grateful and humbled to have been chosen to document this incredible day for you guys. I truly wish you both nothing but the absolute best with your upcoming adventures!
