Friends, I am warning you all now, that Allie and Sean’s Detroit Institute of Arts wedding was AMAZING and this is probably one of the biggest blog posts I’ve ever done! So, take a few minutes out of your Tuesday and scroll through this incredible day. I promise, you’ll thank me later!

Allie and Sean both went to Notre Dame, but they actually first met each other in the airport on the way to study abroad! Earlier this month, these two made it official, and their wedding was the absolute definition of classic and timelessness. Their wedding was such a perfect representation of Allie and Sean as a couple, and it truly was one of the most beautiful days I’ve been a part of!

The day really started to take off when Allie and Sean shared a first look with each other at the Detroit Foundation Hotel. They shared a sweet, intimate moment with just the two of them before all the events of the day began! From there, we traveled to a couple quintessential Detroit locations for portraits before their ceremony at the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament.

After the ceremony, Allie and Sean snuck into the DIA for some indoor portraits! As soon as we all walked in, our jaws hit the floor. The talented team of vendors decorated The Great Hall perfectly, and just wait until you see the cake. Everything was a dream!

Allie and Sean have so much fun together, and I love that about them! They both have this innate ability to make you feel welcomed and they (and their bridal party and families) were the absolute best to work with. They are so kind and gracious and I’m so thankful to have crossed paths with them!

Allie and Sean, I hope you two are enjoying married life! I remember when we first FaceTimed each other, and I knew that I just had to work with you two. It’s been such a joy getting to know you both over the past year and a half! I can’t thank you enough for choosing me to capture your wedding day. Everything was amazing!!
