I love Amanda and John’s story! It all started back in high school when Amanda needed a date to prom. Amanda’s mom decided

she needed to take this into her own hands, and this is when Amanda’s mom found John! Since Amanda and John have never met

they thought it would be wise to get to know each other before prom, so they decided to hang out. Prom came and went and in

my opinion, it must have gone pretty well because now these two are getting married in August!! How cute is that?! I just love it!

I met up with Amanda and John at their historic home in the suburbs of Detroit. It was the perfect place to start off their

engagement session. We even got lucky enough to get snow for the first part of their engagement! From there we headed to

Campus Martius in Downtown Detroit to finish up the session. I am counting down the days until their Detroit wedding next

summer!!
