Oh, I’m not even sure where to begin with explaining how amazing Christa and Brandon’s wedding day was! Christa and Brandon were the very first couple to book me for my 2019 wedding season, and it feels like yesterday that we hopped on a phone call to chat about their wedding day at the Colony Club in Downtown Detroit. I can’t believe their day is already over, but what an incredible day it was!

Christa and Brandon’s wedding day was on the smaller, intimate side. No bridal party, just the two of them and their closest family and friends! It was so refreshing to have the focus of the day on the two of them and their love. The two of them shared a first look with each other at the David Whitney Building before hop over to the Detroit Institute of Arts in a 194o Packard from Motor City Vintage Rentals!

I so wish all of you could have listened to Christa and Brandon as they read their handwritten vows to each other! Their love for each other was so evident throughout the entire day, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room after they exchanged their vows.

To the newlyweds, thank you for inviting me into such an important day in your lives! I loved every single second documenting it, and I hope you cherish and look back at these photos for generations to come. I’m SO thankful for you both!!
