Oh am I excited to be sharing this glamorous Downtown Detroit engagement session with you all this evening! I know I say this about every session (I just can’t help it, my couples are just so awesome!), but this is definitely one of my all time favorite engagement sessions! I LOVE when my couples dress up, and choose my favorite city as their location… it’s just a recipe for an incredible session. Not only are Kara and Christian one heck of a gorgeous couple, but they are so much fun to be around! It was such a joy spending an evening with the around Downtown Detroit. These two college sweethearts are so sweet together, and I honestly can’t get enough of them!

The Detroit Institute of Arts was the perfect spot for the first part of the engagement session! I could never get tired of shooting there. The incredible white marble architecture paired perfectly with Kara and Christian’s outfits! It was seriously a photographers dream! Once the sun started to set, we headed to one of my favorite rooftops to end the session. One of the hardest parts of being a photographer is trying to narrow down your favorite images (which is always a good problem to have), and I have SO many favorites from Kara and Christian’s session! I hope you are as obsessed with these photos as I am!
