I can’t believe that it’s almost the end of October! This month has flown by and I’ve loved every second of this busy season. If you’ve been following my blog, you’ll know that fall is filled with lots of engagement sessions! Last week I met up with Karen and Alex for their engagement session in Detroit. In Michigan, we’ve seemed to skip from summer to winter temperatures and it was chilly and windy the evening of the session! But honestly, you’d never be able to tell, because Karen and Alex are just that good in front of the camera.

For the first part of the session, Karen and Alex brought their pup Lula for a few photos! She is the sweetest pup and I adore the photos we were able to capture of the three of them. Later on we headed to the heart of the city to finish the session! These two were so amazing with the crazy wind and the cold and I couldn’t be happier with these images! I’d say it was definitely worth it.

Karen and Alex both work in the medical field, and they actually first met each other at the hospital they were both working at! How cute is that?! They’re getting married this coming August and it’s going to be so beautiful!! I cannot wait!
