Karyn & Rick | Romantic Downtown Detroit Wedding

They started off as best friends, and a few weeks ago they became husband and wife! When you see Karyn and Rick interact, you can tell they have such a strong bond. Rick makes Karyn SO happy! These two shared a first look with each other on their wedding day, and as soon as Karyn saw her future husband that afternoon she couldn’t stop smiling. Karyn has this joyful way about her! It’s such a God-given gift, and her smile and happiness were so infectious all day! Not only is she absolutely stunning, but she has such a beautiful heart. I just love that about her!

Since these two decided on a first look, we were able to capture so many amazing images around Downtown Detroit! Some of my favorites were, of course, the rooftop pictures! I can never get enough of those images. But really, Karyn, Rick and their whole bridal party made my job so easy!

The ceremony came and it was so sweet to see these two exchange glances over at one another during the ceremony! Karyn and Rick really are the cutest. One of my favorite moments was when they came running out of the church with all of their family and friends blowing bubbles at them! It was the best way to celebrate becoming husband and wife.

Karyn and Rick, I am so happy for you two! It’s been so fun getting to know you both during this wedding planning process. You guys didn’t even make my job feel like “work.” Thank you so incredibly much for inviting me into such an important day in both of your lives! I am beyond excited for you to see these images!
