Where to even begin with this dream of an engagement session? You all know my crazy love for downtown engagement sessions, so when Kortni mentioned that she wanted to do the engagement session on a rooftop her and Marcus know about I about jumped up and down from excitement!! It was completely amazing and it’s definitely a new favorite engagement session!

Marcus is a football player for the Chicago Bears, so due to his schedule, we shot this session around noon! It worked out perfectly, and as soon as we walked up the stairs to the rooftop we had a few clouds come and it made for the best lighting. Also, let’s talk about how crazy stylish these two are!! Their outfits were so chic!

Kortni and Marcus met through mutual friends, and they are actually already married (and have two ADORABLE children!). But, they wanted to celebrate with a wedding, so next June they’re having their wedding at the Blackstone hotel in Downtown Chicago! To say I’m excited is an understatement!
