Labrene and Philip’s Greek wedding was the epitome of elegance! These two were surrounded by over 600 people has they said I do in their traditional Greek Orthodox ceremony. Their wedding day was unlike any other! Not only is Labrene beyond gorgeous but she is so kind hearted and by far one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She is the definition of grace and class and she looked like royalty on her wedding day… it truly felt like I was shooting a royal wedding!

It was pouring off and on the morning of Labrene and Philips wedding day, so we made the decision to move the first look and portrait location indoors. It was a tough call, but looking back I am so grateful that we moved the portraits inside! The images inside the Detroit Public Library are some of my all time favorite images. Just wait until you see them!!

These two decided to break from tradition, and do a first look before the ceremony! I LOVE when my couples decide to do first looks, because it allows us to have more time to create beautiful portraits and my couples are able to spend more time with their family and friends! Labrene and Philips first look was so sweet, and the way that Philip looks at Labrene is the cutest.

I can’t believe that Labrene and Philip’s wedding day is already over! These two were one of the very first couples to book me for 2018, so let’s just say I’ve been looking forward to their wedding day for a long time. Working with Labrene, Philip and both of their families was a complete joy! To be honest, it didn’t even feel like work. I just adore these two and I feel so blessed to have crossed paths with them!!

To the newlyweds, to say that it was a joy to work with you both is an understatement! I feel so honored and humbled to have been chosen to photograph your wedding day. Everything was simply amazing!! I’m so excited for you two as you start this journey as a married couple. I hope you love just a few of my many favorites!
