Laura and Kevin’s Downtown Chicago anniversary session is hands down one of my favorite sessions! From the gorgeous fall day in Chicago

to Laura’s incredible black gown, everything was a dream. As most of you know, I am most definitely a city girl! I love shooting in the city,

and being in the city. So naturally, I fell in love with Chicago! I was so excited when Laura reached out to me about doing an anniversary

session with her and her husband Kevin while I was in town last month. I’m a huge advocate for married couples doing anniversary sessions,

no matter how long they’ve been married for! I believe that it is so important for couples to have these pictures together not only for themselves,

but for also their children and grandchildren one day. Another plus side is that I can hang out with my past brides, again! So, definitely a win-win

right? haha. We started off the session at the art institute, and then we walked around the riverwalk for sunset. I love how classic and elegant

these pictures are. And who else is completely obsessed with Laura’s timeless black dress? I know I definitely am! Now, without further ado
