This shoot was a DREAM come true! When I first started photography, I was always so inspired by New York and I’ve been dreaming of doing a shoot on the Brooklyn Bridge for so long! For years, things just never panned out to have a shoot there, but then Melissa and Robert’s engagement session happened!

A few hours before the session it was torrentially down pouring (it was insane!) and they were predicting it raining all through the evening. Thankfully, Melissa and Robert were so trusting and up for anything! I was so determined to take these photos. About 15 minutes before the shoot it stopped raining and it was dry up until the very end of the shoot. Everything turned out so amazing and this session is a new ALL time favorite of mine!

What truly made the shoot incredible was Melissa and Robert! They are overall just an awesome couple. These two are both so genuine and sweet and I had the best time adventuring around New York City with them! I have not doubt that their wedding this December is going to be one for the books. Plus, I can’t wait to get these two in front of my camera again!!
