I couldn’t imagine any better way to start off this week than with Alexa and Matt’s wedding! From the very first email I received from Alexa, I knew her and Matt were going to be a complete dream to work with. They actually booked their wedding date around my schedule, and it truly was so humbling! Told you they were a dream couple. 🙂 Not only are they a gorgeous couple, but they are so much fun to be around!

Alexa and Matt are college sweethearts, and now they are MARRIED! Every single aspect of the wedding day was so beautiful. One of my very favorite parts of the wedding day were Alexa and Matt’s wedding day portraits at the Detroit Institute of Art. Since these two actually met in Detroit, it only made sense to take photos in the city that brought them together! Narrowing down favorites from their portrait time at the DIA was no easy task, so I’m warning you now — there are a lot of gorgeous photos to scroll through.

To the newlyweds, thank you for making my job so easy and for being such an incredible couple to work with. I cannot thank you both enough! You guys are amazing and I’m so thankful that our paths crossed!!
