Jesika and Jon-Erik are one of my 2017 couples, and I loved getting to know these two as we adventured around the Detroit Insitute of Arts

and Downtown Detroit! I always encourage my couples to do engagement sessions for several reasons. One being that I get to see them, and

we all get to know each other… and basically become best friends, right? haha! Secondly, it helps my couples become familiar with being in

front of the camera, and more specifically my camera! Jesika and Jon-Erik are one gorgeous couple, and I’m sure you all will agree with me

once you see this engagement session. We started off the session at one of my all time favorite locations, The Detroit Insitute of Arts. The

classic architecture never gets old! I always encourage my couples to dress up for their engagement session, because it’s definitely a special

occasion, right? Jesika wore an amazing navy blue dress that I’m still obsessing over. She looked flawless! Their engagement session definitely

made me even more excited for their Northern Michigan wedding this coming July! I cannot wait!
