Several years ago, Nikki had recently moved to Chicago from the Metro Detroit area, and she was out one night with a new group of friends! She accidentally bumped right into Brian, and from that moment they hit it off. Talk about fate and being at the right place at the right time! Since Nikki was new to Chicago and Brian had grown up there, she was able to experience her Chicago firsts with Brian by her side. Now, these two are just about two months away from their wedding day!

A couple weeks ago, while Nikki and Brian were in town, I met up with them in Downtown Detroit for their engagement session! It was a freezing afternoon, but these two laughed through the cold. We adventured around Woodward and the Madison Building before ending the session at the holiday markets in Cadillac Square! I loved having Nikki and Brian in front of my camera, and I had the hardest time narrowing down my favorites for the blog post. These two are such an incredible couple and I can’t wait to celebrate alongside of them this coming February!
