Earlier this month, Sarah and Ben were married on the ten year anniversary of their first date! How sweet is that? For these high school sweethearts, this day was long awaited for and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Their chic Loft 310 wedding was filled with so much laughter, joy and happy tears.

What I loved the most about Sarah and Ben’s wedding day was their emphasis on family. Sarah has such a close relationship with her grandparents, and capturing that bond between them on her wedding day reminded me of the importance of being a wedding photographer. Before the ceremony, Sarah shared a first look with her grandfather, and it brought tears to everyone’s eyes! It was such a sweet moment between them, and Sarah’s grandfather even wiped her tears. These two officially made it official during their rooftop ceremony in front of all of their family and friends! They shared their own vows to each other that were so sweet and personal. One of my favorite moments from their wedding day was Sarah’s grandparents formal dance at the reception! It truly shows how incredibly selfless and thoughtful Sarah is. She wanted them to have this moment, and let me tell you.. there was not one dry eye in that room!

Sarah and Ben, thank you for being such a fun and outgoing couple! You two truly made my job so effortless. I’m a little sad that our time together has ended, but I’m so happy for you both! I can’t wait for you to see your images. I have an endless amount of favorites!
